368 shows and counting. We've been watching, and learning, for years.

Hundreds of episodes.One living universe.

Every building, fort, fair, fire and map you have investigated, connected and searchable, so anyone can step in and explore it. Built around the hub you have already started.

First, respect

You have already started building.
We would build on it, not over it.

Most creators never get past the upload button. You have already put up a hub with an investigation archive, a fire map and a community space. That tells us you think like an archivist. Our job would be to give that instinct an engine.

What you have already built

Investigation Archive

Your episodes already processed into an archive, with places pinned on a map.

Historic Fire Archive

A dedicated map of historical fires, already live.

Community Dashboard

A place for your audience to gather around the work.

An honest disclaimer

You already say plainly that a pin on a map is not proof of a theory. That instinct is gold.

A pile of vintage sepia photographs

What we would plug in

  • →Every episode searchable down to the spoken word
  • →Every subject, not only fires, on one connected atlas
  • →Case files that sit records beside your interpretation
  • →Pages built to be quoted by Google, AI answer engines and voice search
  • →The admin around each upload handled for you
Your hub, levelled up

Everything you have started.
Finished properly.

We studied the hub you already run, feature by feature. Here is what each part does today, and what it becomes when we wire it into one engine.

Audience monitor

One growth dashboard: which episode moved which platform, where new viewers came from, and what to post next.

Investigation map

Every show from #1 to today indexed, each pin linked to the exact second you discuss it.

Historic fire wire

Fires joined to forts, fairs and buried floors, with alerts and a weekly wire email to subscribers.

Merch

A shop inside your hub, with merch linked from the episodes that inspired it.

Supporters

A members vault on your own site: early episodes, raw research files and member Q&A.

Notifications

A companion app with new-show alerts, offline listening and saved case files.

The universe

Huge, made simple.
One thread at a time.

Nobody needs to see 400 videos at once. Viewers pick one door, and every answer opens the next. They go deeper because they want to, not because they are told to. Try it.

The White City

World’s Columbian Exposition, Chicago · 1893

A city of palaces built for one summer, and then it burned.

Court of Honor, 1893 · public domain

What the record says

  • Held in Jackson Park, Chicago, to mark 400 years since Columbus’s 1492 voyage.
  • Most exhibition halls were officially described as temporary, finished in “staff”, a plaster and fibre mix.
  • A fire in July 1894 destroyed much of the Court of Honor.

Your take, in your words

Taken straight from your episodes, with timestamps, once they are indexed. We never write your conclusions for you. The record and your interpretation always stay clearly separate.

Open questions (demo prompts)

Temporary buildings, or older structures repurposed?

Why do so few interior photographs survive?

Pull the next thread

Sample threads from public-domain history. Your episodes fill in the rest.
The engine

You make the episode.
The rest happens on its own.

This is the right-hand-man part. Every upload flows through the same pipeline, so your back catalogue and every future episode become part of one connected body of work. You approve. Nothing publishes without you.

STEP 01 / 08

You upload

You publish to YouTube or Rumble as normal. Nothing else changes in your workflow.

Every place you have ever mentioned.
On one map. On one timeline.

A guide that knows every show.

A voice concierge that walks visitors through the archive, answers questions from your own episodes, and turns the record into flash cards. Only with your approval, and only from what you have actually said.

The evidence desk

Your credibility,
protected by design.

Critics attack the weakest link. So every claim on your site carries a label: what is documented, what is inferred, what is art, and what is your take. The viewer always knows which is which.

Documented

The record. San Francisco City Hall photographed in 1905, and again in ruins in April 1906. Both images are public domain and credited.

Inferred

What a careful comparison suggests, labelled clearly as reasoning, not fact. For example, which parts of the structure appear to have survived.

Artistic

Colourisation, 3D models and reconstructions. Always marked as art, never passed off as a photograph.

Your interpretation

Your theory, in your own words, linked to the exact moment in the episode. Pending your notes.

AEO · Answer Engine Optimisation

When people ask the machines,
the machines should answer with you.

Search is moving from ten blue links to one spoken answer. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and voice assistants quote the sources they can read and trust. We make your whole catalogue readable, structured and citable.

Crawlable transcripts

Every word of every episode as readable text that search engines and AI models can actually index.

Structured data

Schema.org VideoObject, Clip, FAQPage, Place and Person markup, so machines understand what each episode is about.

Key moments

Timestamped chapters, so Google can show your video jumping straight to the answer.

Entity pages

One page per place, building, person and event, each one an authority hub that links all your episodes on it.

llms.txt + sitemaps

A clear map that tells AI crawlers what is on the site and how to cite it.

Voice-ready answers

Short, quotable answers written for Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant, always pointing back to you.

Why were the 1893 Chicago fair buildings called temporary?

Most halls at the World’s Columbian Exposition were officially built as temporary structures, finished in “staff”, a plaster and fibre mix. Independent researchers have questioned that account. My Lunch Break covers this in depth, including the 1894 fires.
